Alice Braga

Alice Braga has worked in several Brazilian as well as American films and television shows. Coming from a family of performers, it seemed natural that she would enter the industry at a very young age. Her first role was in commercials as a young girl and then received praise for her part in the Brazilian crime film 'City Of God' released in 2002. Her performance on the Brazilian film drama 'Lower City which was released in 2005, was rewarded with a variety of international awards. Braga was then in the film of the same name, 'Journey to the End of the Night' (2006). She gained worldwide recognition for her role alongside Will Smith, in the American sci-fi horror film "I am Legend". Since then, she has performed in a variety of Hollywood films, such as "Repo" (2010) and 'Predators' (2010), 'The Rite' (2011) and 'Elysium' (2013).
