Allison Pregler Bio

Allison Pregler, a Z-grade movie reviewer, is known by her scathing appreciation of silly action movies and horror films. She began her reviews in the latter half of 2009, and when she began to gain some recognition (under her old name, Obscurus-Lupa) Allison Pregler was part of the family at Channel Awesome. She remained on the site until mid-2015 when the channel Obscurus Lupa Presents was transformed into Movie Nights. The presenter hosts two podcasts. One that covers the Charmed Franchise and another hosted by Phelous. After a controversial departure from Channel Awesome Allison officially announced on January 20th 2015 that she'd be revamping OLP into an impromptu review show called Movie Nights with an appropriately-shlocky elevator jazz theme. She has appeared on Brad Jones' series Midnight Screenings, usually reviewing terrible children's films or RiffTrax Live Shows aswell in occasional adult-oriented comedies (such as Baywatch 2017, 2017). She started reviewing movies late in 2009. Following her rise to fame on the Channel Awesome forums, she was asked to be part of the reviewing group.
