Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen is my name and I'm a Vietnamese American Entrepreneur living in Orange County California. My wonderful husband JP, and my happy-go-lucky Dad Henry are also part of our extended family. I am most well-known through my Instagram account @annephung. In this blog, I will share my life story. The highs, the lows and everything in-between. I came to America with my brother and parents in 1990 when I was one and a half years older. I wouldn't be living my life and sharing it to you, if not for my parents love determination and dedication. When I realized that I had the potential to be a successful person I set out to achieve my goals and make my parents happy. It was my plan to study to graduate, and then get an employment that was good. Then I wanted an empathetic wife and children. Though I believed that this was the ideal definition of successful, my life was not following the goals. The year was 2013, and I realized that I was not happy working in my job as a corporate employee. Money and status did inspire me. I believed that I was wasting time for money. I had a passion for exercising and enjoyed being social and helping others when I was navigating this new path in life I discovered my passion for personal training. In this year, I am celebrating my 7th anniversary. In 2014 I began my own company. Being an Asian female working in the field, we are among the many of us. Within the field of coaching I would like to be a positive influence by providing quality training to aid others to become healthier and more content. Also, I strive to inspire others to go after their desires and accomplish all they wish to in life. My career took off as I was experiencing the most successful times in my entire life. My mother died just as my career took off. She won her eight year fight with the disease and is resting in Heaven and is with me in my mind and heart always. It's amazing how the world can give us the exact lessons we need even when we do not realize that it is there. Her passing has changed my life in many different ways. It is my belief that her passing gave me the opportunity to begin a new chapter. The day she died was Tet/Lunar New Year Day, she died. It was now time for her to transition to the next chapter of her life as well as my opportunity to lead an authentic and satisfying life. As I approach my 30s I feel a sense of living and being alive. It's not as if I'm just a mere existence anymore. My experiences are shared with you so that I can talk about my experience as well as my words. This can help you realize that you're not on your own. It is possible to getting anything you'd like and more. Therapy is necessary as is regular. The health of a person is the most important riches. Since death is the only thing that we can have, I hope you enjoy living your life to the fullest and leave with no regrets.
